Yesterday
Yesterday a man came to the rdesk and let everyone go ahead of him. He told them-- my question is going to take some time. When it was finally his turn, he said -- I hope what I am going to tell you doesn't make you nervous or uneasy. (And I'm thinking oh great). He proceeded to tell me his Yahoo! password. He couldn't understand why he couldn't login.

Ha ha that is hilarious. The huge number of other directions that could have gone...
I volunteer at the Friends of the Library booksale in my town and have the greatest respect for the librarians and all they go through. Keep writing!
