At least they had options. I once spent close to an hour trying to explain to a patron that she couldn't contact this person on Facebook because A. she didn't have a fb account and B. the person was DEAD.
Too funny. It should not take almost an hour for a patron to comprehend that you can't use the internet or social media to talk to the deceased. Oddly enough one of my assistants had a very similar experience last night.
